Grant Krause, pictured here with best man Beau, tied the knot with Michelle Savage (known to most of us as ‘Spike’). Grant and Michelle met in 2007 when Avalon Stables did horseback rides for TCX. Michelle was one of the wranglers that stayed with us and taught campers how to ride. Not only did the horses impress Grant, but so did Spike! With the closure of Avalon Stables, Michelle started to work with TCX in 2009. She is our office manager and merchandise clerk. It’s really nice having a married couple living and working at Whites, and it is even nicer that they met here. It sort of makes me wonder who might be next?!
